Trisha Tannis, Designated Broker for OWNiT Realty AZ and has held an active real estate license since 2003. She is a veteran in the Arizona real estate market has built a solid reputation as tireless advocate for her clients.
She then obtained her broker’s license in 2008 and has held several roles as a Designated Broker over her career. In this capacity she has had a great opportunity to work with many homeowners and buyers alike. Her long tenured experience has allowed her to be well rounded in all areas of Real Estate. From short sales, REO, residential resale and new homes sales Trisha has built her reputation as a subject matter expert. The key to her success is education and she has held positions as a certified trainer in Real Estate to provide continuing education for agents on our forever changing Real Estate climate.
Trisha draws from her past expansive experience managing transactions to guide her clients through the complexities and challenges that comes with finding the perfect home.

Hello. My name is Richard Tannis but I am affectionately known as "Max" by my family, friends, clients and customers alike.
I am passionate, driven, client focused and a solution finder. I pride myself on my ability to match my clients inspiration with their needs. I have spent many years working in real estate & relocation assisting my clients with what in many cases is the biggest move of their lives. Minimizing your stress is not only needed, it's a part of the plan. I am a U.S. Navy veteran and proudly served my country during Desert Shield. The business of real estate is about people and as such I make sure that the people I work with understand they are my priority. I have worked for over 10 years in real estate and real estate relocations. Having worked with clients on both sides of the real estate world I am able to anticipate things before they occur and plan accordingly.
